Landing pages that convert the click and keep ranking

Landing pages designed in Bury St Edmunds for businesses running campaigns across Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Norfolk. If you are on a website plan from £189 a month, a landing page is simply a page in the plan. If you are running ads with us, we build it from a clear fixed quote, with conversion tracking wired in before the first click is paid for.

A page in your plan from £189 a month, not an extra

If you are on a website plan, a landing page for a launch, an offer, an event or a QR code on the van is a page in the plan, built to the same standard as everything else on the site and sitting on your own domain. There is no separate landing page invoice, because the plan already covers design, build, hosting and the text edits and image swaps that follow, and if the offer changes in March you email us and we change the page. Starter is from £189 a month, Business from £249, Market Leader from £329, and the only thing that changes between them is how many towns and services you cover.

Built around the ad, from a clear fixed quote

If you are running Google Ads or paid social with us and the campaign needs a page of its own, we build it from a clear fixed quote agreed in writing before any work starts. The page is built around the specific ad, the specific audience and the specific offer, because someone who clicked an advert for a boiler service in Newmarket does not want your homepage navigation, they want the boiler service, the price, the reviews and a form. More often than not, though, we point the ads at the service and town pages the plan already has, because those pages answer the exact search and keep ranking long after the campaign budget has gone.

Conversion tracking wired in before the first paid click

Nobody should pay for a click they cannot trace. Before an ad goes live the form, the phone number and the thank you page are wired into analytics, Search Console, Google Ads and Meta, and we fire test conversions through every one of them to prove the data arrives where it should. If the tracking is broken, the campaign does not start, however keen everyone is to see it running. On a website plan the analytics, Search Console and conversion tracking are already in place from launch, so a new landing page inherits them, and the monthly ranking report shows the enquiries the page brought in alongside everything else.

The coverage matrix is 56 landing pages on the Starter plan

A landing page, properly understood, is a page built for 1 search and 1 action, and that is exactly what every page in your coverage matrix is. Patio installers Newmarket gets a page about patios in Newmarket, with the towns you cover, the work you have done there, the reviews and 1 clear way to get a quote. On the Starter plan that is up to 6 services across 6 towns, 36 different searches, and about 56 pages in all once the rest of the site is counted. The Business plan takes it to 9 services across 10 towns, about 117 pages. Each one is a landing page, and they are all included.

Fast on a phone, because that is where the click comes from

Most clicks on a local advert come from a phone, usually from someone standing in a kitchen in Sudbury with a problem and 3 tabs open. If the page takes 4 seconds to load they are on a competitor's before your headline has appeared, and you have paid for the click anyway. Every page we build, in the plan or for a campaign, is built on Webflow with phone layouts first, images sized properly, no plugin bloat and Core Web Vitals in the green, and we keep it that way month to month rather than checking once at launch. Speed is not an upgrade on a higher tier. It is the same on every plan.

A page that keeps ranking after the ads are switched off

A landing page on an orphaned campaign domain dies the day the budget stops. A landing page on your own site, with schema, internal links to the related towns and services and a place in the sitemap, keeps earning. That is why we build campaign pages inside the site rather than beside it, and why the ads are best treated as the fast lane while the included SEO catches up. A roofer in Stowmarket might run ads to the flat roof repairs page for 3 months while it climbs to page 1, then pause the ads and keep the enquiries. The ranking report each month shows where the page sits, so you can see when that moment arrives.

Every page in your plan is a landing page, built for 1 search and
1 action

Most websites have 1 page per service. A landscaper has a page called Patios and that is the end of it. But nobody searches for patios. They search for patio installers Newmarket, or landscaper Bury St Edmunds, or driveway company Mildenhall, because they want someone who will turn up. If your site has no page for that town, Google has nothing of yours to show, so it shows a competitor, and any advert you run lands on a general page that half answers the question. We build a page for every service in every town you work in, and each one is a landing page in the proper sense: 1 search, 1 message, 1 way to get in touch. Before we write a word we do the keyword research: which towns, which services, how many people search each month, who holds page 1 now. You only get pages that can win. 6 services across 6 towns is 36 different searches, and you get a page for every one. When you want it faster, we point ads at those same pages, so the click lands on a page that already answers the search and keeps ranking after the budget stops.

What a landing page costs here

A driving instructor in Framlingham gets a launch page without a separate invoice

On a website plan from £189 a month a campaign page for an offer or an event is simply another page in the plan, built and hosted the same way as everything else, so nothing has to be renewed or unwound once the campaign has run its course.

Choose Market Leader

12 month minimum, then rolls monthly

  • Built around the ad, the audience and the offer, not a template
  • Conversion tracking wired in before the first paid click
  • No separate invoice, it is a page inside the plan
  • Text and offer changes made on request
  • Keeps ranking long after the campaign budget has gone
  • Ask about a standalone campaign page

One search, one offer, one button

A campaign page answers a single search and asks for a single action, a booking, a call or a form, so a visitor who has clicked an advert is never left choosing between 6 menus they did not ask for.

  • No competing links, one clear next step

Live before the budget is spent

Tracking, speed and the form are tested before any advertising money moves, so the first paid click of a campaign lands on a page that already works rather than one still being fixed.

  • Tested before the campaign goes live

Often the plan already has the page

More often than not the search a campaign is built for is one the plan already answers, so the ad points at the service and town page that ranks for it rather than a new page being built at all.

  • Existing pages reused wherever they fit

Futureproofs web design is a pleasure to work with. Luke exceeded my expectations with the new Grooming Gorgeous website and really took the time to understand my business, our brand and what I wanted the website to achieve. He managed to capture everything I had envisioned and bring it all together even better than I had imagined.

Grooming Gorgeous

Could not recommend FutureProofs enough if you’re looking for a web design and SEO team who actually get how sites need to work now, including ranking in AI search, not just Google. We handed over some genuinely messy sites and they sorted them out properly, fast turnaround, no fuss.

Sam D'Arcy

FutureProofs built the new website for my construction business Fowler Construction and I couldn't be happier with it. I'm a builder, not a computer person, and he made the whole thing easy. He took the time to understand the work I actually want to win, wrote all the content for me, and the finished site looks proper high end.

Jake Fowler · Fowler Construction

We engaged Future Proofs to support the build of our new website, and the experience has been consistently positive from the outset. There was a clear effort to understand not just the visual aspect, but how the brand should be represented more broadly. Communication has been straightforward throughout, with updates and changes handled quickly.

Our old site was a right bodge - slow, not great on mobiles, and no one could find the number to ring. Futureproofs gave it a proper overhaul in Webflow, sorted the content, and put clear buttons for services and quotes. We’re getting more of the right enquiries now they tidied up the Google SEO bits too. Straight talk, delivered when they said they would, and did a tidy job.
