Latent Intelligence is a personal security consultancy serving the ultra wealthy and the high profile. From the south of England and across London, the team delivers executive protection, protective intelligence, surveillance and residential security to clients whose names and movements demand absolute discretion. Their work happens quietly, and their website needed to reflect exactly that.

We partnered with Latent Intelligence to replace a broken template build with a bespoke Webflow site shaped entirely around them. Through a deep discovery session we captured the tone, principles and personality that define the business, then translated all of it into a brand identity and digital experience worthy of the clients they protect.

The existing Latent Intelligence website was built on a template and had begun to break down. More importantly, it did not reflect the seniority of the team or the discretion of the work. For a firm protecting public figures and high net worth clients, a generic, off the shelf presence was a real handicap.

The brief was to start again. We needed to build a site and a brand that felt as considered and confident as the service itself, presenting eight distinct security disciplines clearly without losing the calm, understated tone that defines the business.

Every line of copy, every visual decision and every navigation choice traces back to that conversation. The result is a Webflow site that feels unmistakably Latent Intelligence rather than a polished template.

Information architecture, hierarchy and tone were considered carefully so prospective clients can find what they need quickly without compromising the discreet feel that defines the brand.
