The Canine Concierge Group

A dog travel concierge website for a private canine office in Mayfair

The Canine Concierge Group keeps a family's dog ready to travel with them, from the passport and vet records to the rules at every border, and sends a chaperone when the dog cannot fly at their side. FutureProofs rebuilt the Webflow site, made every picture on it, and now runs the SEO, the members area, the email marketing and the Meta ads.

Overview

A travel desk for households that take the dog everywhere.

The Canine Concierge Group is a private travel desk in Mayfair, London, for households that split the year between homes and holidays abroad. It checks a dog's passports, vaccinations and veterinary records against each country's rules, arranges the health certificates and border clearances for every trip, including clearance at private jet terminals, and sends a chaperone to travel with the dog when the family cannot.

Membership is by application and comes in 3 forms: Seasonal for households that follow the ski season and the Riviera summer, Global for those always on the move, and Corporate for family offices, aviation brokers and concierge firms. The website had to win over people who expect a great deal, without a single price, review or member's name on it.

The Challenge

Every border has its own rules, explained to people who will not wait.

The first site was a short run of template pages, with a placeholder phone number in the footer and pages from an earlier business still live behind it. It described the service in a paragraph, but said nothing about where a dog could go, what each country asks for or why a family should hand the whole job to someone else.

People search for this by country rather than by resort. St Moritz barely registers as a dog travel search, while taking a dog to France from the UK turned up 221 different searches in our keyword research. The brand also had to stay discreet: no prices, no member counts and no partners named, with every fact about a border taken from an official source and dated.

What We Did

32 pages, 6 route pages and a rules tracker that stays current.

We rebuilt the site in Webflow around the 3 services, the 3 memberships and a 3 step application that asks about the household, the dog and the membership in turn. The search work came next. We ran 1,215 seed phrases through Google's suggestions to see how people phrase the question, then gave each route a page of its own: London to France, Italy, Switzerland, Dubai and New York, plus a page on bringing a dog back into the UK. Each one is written for that route alone, with its own entry rules, timings, chaperone notes and questions. The Switzerland page, for example, sets out the Swiss order of microchip, rabies vaccination from 12 weeks old, a 21 day wait and then the certificate, because Switzerland sets its own rules rather than simply following the EU's.

Behind the route pages sit dated guides, such as how to get an animal health certificate, and a rules tracker for France, the UAE and the USA. Each tracker page sets out the current rules in plain English, the date they were last checked, a link to the official source and a log of what changed, and a monthly journal post rounds up the changes. This is what other sites can link to and AI search tools can quote, which matters for a brand that will never publish prices or reviews.

The Design

White, gold and serif, with a painting between every statement.

The design is calm on purpose: a white page, the group's own monogram and a soft gold accent, Tenor Sans for headings and Cormorant Garamond for reading, with short statements set between full width scenes that drift slowly as you scroll. Every picture on the site was made for it. We generated 30 illustrations for the brand and gave them an oil paint finish, so the dogs sit on chalet terraces, private jet aprons and Riviera harbours without the site showing a real member, dog or aircraft. Memberships are chosen from 3 painted arched windows, the phone menu opens full screen with numbered links, the whole picture stays in view on a phone, and the footer reads like headed paper.

Ongoing Partnership

SEO, a members area, email and Meta ads, all from one team.

From launch, FutureProofs keeps the SEO moving every month: new guides where the research finds a question nobody has answered well, the rules tracker checked against every official source, new route pages as the travel desk adds destinations, and titles and copy tightened where a page could climb. Alongside that we are building out the members area, where households keep their profile, their dog's details and travel documents in one place, writing the email marketing that keeps members and applicants up to date, and running Meta ads to the households most likely to apply, with advertising cookies only ever set once a visitor allows them.

This project covered a dog travel concierge website for a Mayfair membership office: 32 pages, 6 route pages, dated guides, a rules tracker, 30 painted scenes and a members area. The method is on our website design page, our SEO page shows how route pages like these are planned, and our paid ads page covers the Meta side.

I cannot recommend FutureProofs highly enough. From the initial concept to the full development of our eCommerce store, they have been outstanding every step of the way. The ongoing SEO support has been instrumental in helping my business grow.

Our old site was a right bodge - slow, not great on mobiles, and no one could find the number to ring. Futureproofs gave it a proper overhaul in Webflow, sorted the content, and put clear buttons for services and quotes. We’re getting more of the right enquiries now they tidied up the Google SEO bits too. Straight talk, delivered when they said they would, and did a tidy job. Cheers, lads - would recommend.

Futureproofs rebuilt our website from a clunky Wix template into a clean, fast Webflow site that looks great on any device. They launched Needham Market first, then duplicated and tailored it for our new Stowmarket branch. Since launch we’ve had more online enquiries, customers say it’s easier to find what they need, and we’re now naturally ranking on google for services we struggled with before across Suffolk.
