Grooming Gorgeous is a boutique dog and cat grooming salon on Thames Street in Sunbury on Thames, open since 2010. The idea behind it has never changed: a beautiful groom should be a healthy one, so every visit starts with a coat and skin check and only a few pets are in the salon at once.
It has been named Dog Grooming Company of the Year for London and the South East 2 years running, was a finalist in 2 categories at the 2025 Spelthorne Business Awards, and has been featured on ITV's Pampered Pets and in Vogue's top 10 places to take your pooch.

The Challenge
A premium salon needs a website that looks the part.
Owners choosing a luxury groomer are comparing more than prices. They want to know the salon is calm, that the groomers are properly trained and that their dog or cat will come home healthier as well as tidier, and they make that judgement in a few seconds on a phone.
Grooming Gorgeous had 15 years of awards, press and loyal customers behind it, and the brief was a site that showed all of that clearly, explained each service properly and made booking a visit the obvious next step.

What We Did
A page for every service, and the proof alongside it.
Dog grooming, cat grooming, puppy grooming, luxury spa treatments and ultrasonic teeth cleaning each have their own page, with the treatment menu laid out so an owner can see exactly what a full groom, a bath and brush or hand stripping involves. The puppy page explains the 4 session programme that introduces the bath, the dryer and the clippers at the puppy's own pace.

The Design
Warm blush, soft cream and photos from the salon.
The design takes its cue from the salon itself: warm blush pink buttons, soft cream backgrounds and plenty of space, with photography of dogs and cats on the grooming table and the team at work. The awards sit high on the homepage, the Book a visit button sits in the menu on every page, and the treatment menus read cleanly on a phone, where most owners first find the salon.
After Launch
Built to grow with the salon.
The site launched with 10 articles already written and a structure that makes it simple to add more services, treatments and stories as the salon grows. Every new article links back to the service it talks about, so the reading and the booking stay one click apart.
