CRM and Automation for £125 a month, so no enquiry goes cold

A CRM set up around how you actually sell, with the acknowledgements, reminders and alerts that stop an enquiry slipping off the desk at 5 o'clock on a Friday. £125 a month, fixed, on a 6 month initial term, built and run from our studio in Bury St Edmunds for businesses on one of our website plans across Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Norfolk.

Every enquiry from every page lands in one pipeline

Your website plan gives you a page for every service in every town you work in, which means enquiries arrive from a lot of different places. Every form on every one of those pages is wired into the CRM, so when someone fills in the boiler repairs page for Stowmarket a contact and a deal appear with the service, the town and the source already recorded. Nothing drops into a shared inbox to be found on Monday. The pipeline and the monthly ranking report tell the same story, which town is producing work and which page brought it in, and that is what the next round of keyword research feeds on.

Automations that take work off the desk, not add to it

Most CRM projects ship with a long list of rules and the team quietly ignores nearly all of them. We build the handful that do a job every day. An acknowledgement that goes out the minute an enquiry lands, a reminder when a quote has sat untouched for 3 days, an alert to the owner when a large job comes in, and a short digest on a Friday showing what is open and who has gone quiet. None of it asks anyone to type more than they did before. Because we run the system month to month rather than handing over a manual, the rules that stop earning their place get switched off.

£125 a month fixed, with nothing to pay upfront

CRM and Automation is a fixed monthly of £125 on a 6 month initial term, then rolling monthly. That covers choosing and configuring the CRM, the pipeline stages, the automations, wiring in the website forms and the Google Business Profile calls, showing the team how it works and keeping it running afterwards. There is no setup fee and no per user charge from us, and the CRM licence itself is paid directly to the vendor at their published rate. It needs an active website plan, from £189 a month, or a Custom build, because the system is only worth having when the website is built to produce the enquiries it manages.

Sized for a 3 person firm, not a 300 person one

Pipedrive for most owner led businesses with a clear sales pipeline, HubSpot where email marketing and automation matter as much as the pipeline, and a lighter setup for a sole trader in Sudbury with a handful of leads a month who does not need a sales tool at all. We do not resell any of them and we do not take a commission, so the recommendation is made on what fits your team and your sales process, which we work out during the setup rather than defaulting to whatever we configured last week. If the honest answer is a well organised shared inbox, we will say so.

Pairs with the Lead Follow Up System at £125 a month

The CRM keeps the record straight. The Lead Follow Up System, also £125 a month on the same 6 month term, does the chasing: it replies to a new enquiry within minutes in your voice, nudges the quote that went quiet a week ago and keeps going until someone says yes or no. Run together they close the gap between someone filling in a form on your Newmarket page and someone in your business actually speaking to them. The Growth Systems Retainer from £995 a month runs both alongside the AI Content System and Review Growth if you want the whole lot handled.

Built so the team still opens it in month 4

CRMs die when they create work instead of removing it. We build around the sales process you already have rather than imposing one, keep the required fields to the few that improve either the salesperson's day or the owner's view of the pipeline, and make the automations do the remembering. Then, because the £125 a month is a running service and not a handover, we look at what is being used and what is being skipped and change the system rather than lecturing the team. A CRM that a 3 person plumbing firm in Bury St Edmunds updates from the van is worth more than a perfect one nobody opens.

A CRM built around how your business sells, run for you every month for one fixed price

Most websites have one page per service, so a plumber has a page called Boiler Repairs and that is it. Nobody searches for boiler repairs. They search for boiler repairs Bury St Edmunds, and if the site has no page for that town Google has nothing of yours to show, so it shows a competitor. Our website plans fix that by building a page for every service in every town you work in, chosen by keyword research before anything is built, and 6 services across 6 towns is 36 different searches with a page for every one. That is a lot of enquiries arriving from a lot of pages, and this is where CRM and Automation earns its £125 a month. Every form on every one of those pages lands in one pipeline tagged with the service and the town, the acknowledgement goes out before anyone has finished their tea, the reminder fires when a quote sits untouched for 3 days, and at 5 o'clock on a Friday you can see exactly who has not been called back. Most owner led businesses run on memory and a notepad in the van. This replaces both.

What CRM and Automation costs here

One pipeline for every page's enquiries

A plan with a page for every service in every town produces enquiries from a lot of different places, and every one of them lands in the same pipeline rather than a shared inbox nobody checks until Monday.

  • Nothing found late in a shared inbox

A handful of rules that earn their place

Most CRM projects ship a long list of automations the team quietly ignores, so only the ones that do a job every day get built, an acknowledgement on arrival, a reminder after 3 days, an alert on a large job.

  • A short Friday digest of what is open

£125 a month, on a 6 month initial term

Fixed monthly, run for you rather than handed over as a manual, and it needs an active website plan or a custom build because the pipeline is only as useful as the pages feeding enquiries into it.

Futureproofs web design is a pleasure to work with. Luke exceeded my expectations with the new Grooming Gorgeous website and really took the time to understand my business, our brand and what I wanted the website to achieve. He managed to capture everything I had envisioned and bring it all together even better than I had imagined.

Grooming Gorgeous

Could not recommend FutureProofs enough if you’re looking for a web design and SEO team who actually get how sites need to work now, including ranking in AI search, not just Google. We handed over some genuinely messy sites and they sorted them out properly, fast turnaround, no fuss.

Sam D'Arcy

FutureProofs built the new website for my construction business Fowler Construction and I couldn't be happier with it. I'm a builder, not a computer person, and he made the whole thing easy. He took the time to understand the work I actually want to win, wrote all the content for me, and the finished site looks proper high end.

Jake Fowler · Fowler Construction

We engaged Future Proofs to support the build of our new website, and the experience has been consistently positive from the outset. There was a clear effort to understand not just the visual aspect, but how the brand should be represented more broadly. Communication has been straightforward throughout, with updates and changes handled quickly.

Jonathan · Latent Intelligence

We worked with FutureProofs to launch our website for Suffolk Clearances, and the results have exceeded expectations. He also set up our Google Business Profile correctly from day one, and within just one month we are already ranking on the first page of Google for key local search terms.

Marcus Gamson · Suffolk Clearances

We worked with Futureproofs on our coffee shop website and menu design and couldn’t be happier with the result. Luke was brilliant to work with — really easy to communicate with, took the time to understand our brand, and delivered exactly what we were hoping for. The website looks clean and modern, and the menu design has had loads of great feedback already.

Elliott Jackson · Suffolk Garden Maintenance

Our old site was a right bodge - slow, not great on mobiles, and no one could find the number to ring. Futureproofs gave it a proper overhaul in Webflow, sorted the content, and put clear buttons for services and quotes. We’re getting more of the right enquiries now they tidied up the Google SEO bits too. Straight talk, delivered when they said they would, and did a tidy job.
