AV Cleans is built on precision, patience and trust.
What started as a passion project has grown into a nationwide luxury restoration service, caring for designer shoes, handbags and garments for clients across the UK. Every item is treated by hand, with the same attention to detail you would expect from the brands themselves.

As the business grew, AV Cleans needed a platform that reflected that level of craft. The site had to feel premium without being intimidating, make service bookings effortless, and support a growing range of care products through ecommerce. We partnered with AV Cleans to design and build a refined Webflow ecommerce website, supported by strong SEO foundations and a product strategy built for long term growth.

What we did

Brand aligned ecommerce experience

We designed a clean, elegant interface that balances luxury with clarity.
The site is structured around two clear journeys: booking a restoration service and shopping for care products. Navigation makes it easy to move between Services and Shop without confusion, while the overall look and feel reinforces quality, trust and attention to detail.

The build is fast, mobile-first and accessible, with layouts designed to work just as well for a quick booking as for browsing products in depth.

Service booking that fits real operations

We created a guided booking flow that helps customers choose the right treatment based on item type and material. Concise FAQs explain what’s involved, expected turnaround times and care standards, helping customers book with confidence.

Short forms, clear pricing and confirmation emails reduce friction for users and keep administration simple for the team behind the scenes.

Product catalogue and presentation

Product pages were designed to do more than just list items.
Each product features carefully edited photography, persuasive descriptions, clear care instructions and ingredient details, helping customers understand both the value and the correct use. Categories and filters make browsing easy, while related products support sensible cross selling.

Customer reviews add social proof, and transparent shipping and returns information removes hesitation at checkout. Customer accounts support order tracking and encourage repeat purchases.

Checkout built for conversion

The checkout experience is streamlined and distraction free.
Quick add to cart actions, a tidy basket and secure payments reduce drop off, while microcopy sets expectations around delivery and processing times. The layout prioritises one handed use on mobile, where the majority of purchases take place.

SEO and content strategy

We carried out keyword research across both services and product lines, then optimised pages around real search intent. On-page SEO, technical clean up and schema for products and FAQs help search engines understand the offering clearly.

A supporting content plan focuses on care guides that answer genuine questions, with internal links connecting articles to relevant services and products. This builds authority, supports rankings and drives qualified traffic.

Measurement and optimisation loop

GA4 and Search Console were set up with detailed event tracking covering booking starts and completions, product views, add to cart actions, checkout and purchases. Clear dashboards allow performance to be reviewed quickly and improvements prioritised based on real data.

Outcome and impact

Within the first months after launch, AV Cleans saw a significant uplift across all key metrics.
Online service bookings increased by 70 percent, ecommerce sales grew by 55 percent, and organic traffic rose by 42 percent. The site now ranks on the first page for priority searches such as luxury shoe cleaning UK and designer handbag care.

Bounce rate fell by 28%, mobile conversion improved by 60%, and average order value increased by 27% thanks to clearer product presentation and thoughtful cross selling. The result is a platform that supports both bookings and retail growth without compromising the premium feel of the brand.
